Work Hours: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Overnight travel required for weekly out-of-town stays. Opportunity for overtime/OT pay and double pay on Sundays (infrequent) as project needs arise.

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

Compensation: Starting at $25-$30/hr based on experience, increasing with experience and licensure. Overtime/OT pay available. Full time, W2 position.

Construction Supervisor Job Summary:

Join Summit Drilling as a Construction Supervisor where you will lead on-site environmental remediation and construction projects. You will oversee site operations, ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards, and guide a dedicated team. Construction Supervisor Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all safety programs and environmental protection policies.

  • Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE.

  • Manage daily on-site operations, including equipment setup and site preparation.

  • Operate heavy equipment regularly

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Guide and support team members, ensuring safety and quality are maintained.

  • Travel throughout the Southeast U.S., with weekly overnight stays required.

  • Manage travel logistics and ensure the team’s accommodations are well-organized.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working in Construction

  • 1+ years of heavy equipment operating experience.

  • Must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, DOT physical and drug screening.

  • Must live within a one-hour drive of Charlotte/Fort Mill after employment.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL A or B preferred).

  • Willingness to travel and stay out of town for jobs (weekly out-of-town stays).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Previous management experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
