Role Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project operations, from initiation to completion. This role requires someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to handle a wide range of tasks, including paperwork coordination, subcontractor communications, and pricing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager to ensure smooth project operations.
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Handle and organize project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
Assist with pricing and cost analysis to support project budgeting.
Respond to routine and unexpected issues as they arise, ensuring quick resolution.
Maintain flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
Preferred: Some experience in construction or a related field.
Preferred: Engineering degree or equivalent. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset and willingness to "get your hands dirty" when necessary.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
