Job Summary:
The Technical and Project Engineering LLC (TAPE) is seeking a highly skilled SME- Information Technology Project Manager to oversee complex projects from planning through delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated effectively.

This position requires strong leadership skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams, exceptional organizational skills to handle complex projects with multiple dependencies, and proficiency in conflict resolution and stakeholder management to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and Agile, advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies specific to the industry or organization, expertise in risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation strategies, and understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the projects being managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned multi-agency or enterprise-level projects
  • Manage IT projects and programs that vary and include large- and small-scale Military Construction (MILCON) projects, IT enterprise services projects, IT communications/networking projects, software and hardware upgrade projects
  • Conduct project meetings and provide technical advice on critical paths and establish milestone development
