Position: Bilingual Educational Assistant

Location: Wellington, KS

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Work

Overview:

Join our dynamic educational team in Wellington, KS, as a Bilingual Educational Assistant Were looking for a proactive individual to support classroom teachers and help bilingual students thrive academically. This role involves providing essential instructional support and facilitating communication between students, families, and school staff.

**Primary Duties:**

- Aid teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Offer individualized and group support to students.
- Translate communications and assist with language barriers.
- Encourage a welcoming and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Track and report on student performance and needs.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in education or child-focused roles is advantageous.
