We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our organization in the non-profit sector located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing administrative support, managing customer service tasks, and assisting with various organizational duties. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accurate input of information into the system.
• Assist in scheduling inspections and managing related coordination tasks.
• Facilitate the efficient filing and organizing of documents.
• Learn and adapt to new systems for information input and extraction.
• Provide concierge services as necessary to support organizational operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform various tasks.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field• Proven expertise in Administrative Assistance
• Experience with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Demonstrated ability in Concierge Services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Must have a passion for the non-profit sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage unexpected situations
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
