Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a long-term temporary basis, with the potential for permanent hire at the end of the assignment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across the manufacturing industry, traveling throughout Indiana and Illinois to meet with candidates and hiring managers. As part of this role, occasional travel to national industry conferences is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Travel to various locations within Indiana and Illinois to meet with hiring managers and candidates in person.
  • Attend conferences and recruitment events across the U.S. as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on progress to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about recruiting, with an ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to adjust start and end times as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Indiana and Illinois regularly, with occasional travel across the U.S. for conferences and events.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay Details: 30.00 to 35.00 per hour
