Position Overview: The Medical Director has an essential leadership role in delivering high-quality healthcare while fostering continuous improvement in the Adult Medicine Department.
We are looking for an inspirational Medical Director with a proven track record of successfully leading data-driven organizations. Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics and eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare Participants.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Experience in a large health center or private practice setting (Director or Associate Director role).
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic decisions.
Preferred License/Certification:
- Physician License in the state of New York.
- Active DEA
