About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Director to join our Physician Empire, a reputable and growing organization in the Hudson River Valley. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished ophthalmologist to lead and shape the future of our practice.

Estimated Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description: As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our ophthalmology department, overseeing daily operations, and making strategic decisions to drive growth and excellence. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives that align with our organization's mission and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of ophthalmic medicine and current trends. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing ophthalmologist and a proven track record of success in leadership positions are essential.
