Sheet Metal Technician

Job Summary:
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal components for general aviation aircraft, following blueprints and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and instructions to determine project scope and materials.

• Lay out, modify, and assemble sheet metal parts.

• Perform riveting, drilling, deburring, and bending of sheet metal components.

• Install solid and blind rivets, as well as fasteners.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sheet metal experience.

• Knowledge of FAA AC 43.13-1B and aircraft repair manuals.

• Skilled in corrosion removal and material applications.

• Must obtain/maintain airport security badge if applicable.

Pay Details: 38.00 to 42.00 per hour
