Donor Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Enhancing and strengthening relationships with our donors and supporters
• Increasing the number of donors and supporters to our organization
• Assisting in achieving fundraising goals by soliciting and processing gifts
• Ensuring accurate data entry and fiscal reconciliation
• Managing fund development work-studies, interns, and volunteers
• Utilizing CRM and Salesforce Platform for donor communication and data management
• Overseeing fundraising related marketing and communication campaigns
• Ensuring all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.• Proficient in CRM and database management, preferably with experience using Salesforce Platform.
• Demonstrated ability in planning and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in creating compelling advertisements for donor engagement.
• Strong writing skills for crafting donor communications, including emails, newsletters, and thank you notes.
• Proven track record in donor relations or a similar role within a non-profit organization.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of non-profit operations and fundraising regulations.
• High level of discretion and ethical approach to fundraising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
