Senior Product Marketing Strategist

As a Senior Product Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing innovative product strategies, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and managing projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision and Growth
- Develop and promote a robust marketing vision and create long-term growth strategies to enhance program adoption, supporting renewable energy expansion in Florida.
- Innovation in Marketing
- Generate and implement standout marketing ideas that set FPL apart in the industry.
- Market Analysis & Insights
- Conduct competitive market research to identify customer needs and preferences. Use these insights to develop a strong value proposition, craft key messaging, and formulate actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
- Customer Expertise
- Become the expert on our customers—understanding their preferences, decision-making processes, and key buying criteria.
- Go-to-Market Leadership
- Design and execute complex, end-to-end go-to-market plans to attract early adopters through focused marketing campaigns, training, and events, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Campaign Management
- Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns to drive adoption and achieve program goals.
- Channel Optimization
- Determine the best product-channel fit and create a strategic mix of marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, SEO, webinars, and more.
- Budget Oversight
- Manage the annual marketing and sales enablement budget, ensuring accurate tracking of spending and return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across departments to develop and optimize digital marketing programs across SEM, SEO, display, mobile, social, and email channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Relationship Building
- Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Champion the renewable energy brand across the company, engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
