Hours: Train on days till January- Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm then move to weekends in January Fri-Sun 6am-6:30pm
Pay: $16.10/HR
OVERVIEW:
The Digital Print Operator manages the operation of wide format, water-based digital printers to produce ProFusion/ Golf & DTF orders. Responsibilities include operating printers, conducting routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring job files are processed accurately. This role involves monitoring print quality, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the production team. Additionally, color matching for custom orders is a key aspect of the position. This position often cross trains in the following areas: Golf, Pack by Player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily: • Operate digital printers using specialized software for job processing. • Conduct regular monitoring of printer output to maintain quality standards. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment. • Transfer job files to RIP software, ensure accurate print settings, and manage print queues. • Collaborate with production team to ensure timely completion of printed orders. • Execute color matching tasks to meet specific customer requirements. • Transport printed materials to the press/ laser or golf packing area for further processing.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Familiarity with or capability to learn printing software, such as Egrosoft/Versa Works / In Edit. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator. • Understanding of scanning, printing processes, and color management principles.
