Quality Inspector

You will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials in accordance with receiving inspection control plans, confirming data meets requirements, and documenting results.
You will work independently throughout the receiving department and assist with Quality Tech tasks. Additional duties within your capabilities may be assigned as necessary.
Shift - 7a-3p
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming materials according to receiving inspection control plans.
- Confirm data meets requirements per receiving inspection control plan.
- Randomly select and inspect parts per control plans.
- Document results of inspections.
- Work independently in the receiving department and assist with Quality Tech tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality roles.
- Blueprint reading.
- First piece and last piece inspection.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Stand on feet for 8 hours.
- Experience with gages such as mics, calipers, and height gauges.
- Some knowledge of CMM (not required).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00
