Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
  • Design and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure high-quality care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings.
What We Offer
  • Total Compensation: $79,000-$118,750 including base salary and annual bonuses.
  • Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards for client engagement and caseload.
