Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team located in Boerne, Texas. The role involves maintaining the financial records of our organization, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. You will also play a key role in shaping our financial structure and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Record and organize all financial transactions, including bills, invoices, payroll, and other accounting activities
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage tax preparation processes
• Maintain appropriate financial documentation through an organized system of accounts
• Conduct regular bank and other reconciliation works
• Carry out administrative tasks as necessary, including record keeping and filing
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting
• Meet financial accounting objectives established by the organization's leadership
• Use QuickBooks for all accounting related tasks
• Ensure accurate data entry and account reconciliation.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Knowledge in Bookkeeping practices
• Skilled in Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
• Familiarity with Payroll processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
