Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Recruiter in Pittsburgh. This is a great opportunity and you will be working alongside a major manufacturer in the region.

The Recruiter can expect to be working in a fast paced and on-site environment, conducting interviews as well as handling all steps of the hiring process. Responsibilities:
  • Usage of an applicant tracking system in addition to hiring tools such as Indeed and Career Builder
  • Conducting multiple interviews each day for a variety of plants in multiple states
  • Extending job offers and negotiating salaries
  • Working with the HR team to conduct the Onboarding Process
  • Following and analyzing background check and drug testing results

Qualifications:
  • Past recruiting experience is a must

Skills:
  • A high level of proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems as well as other general computer programs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Experience:
  • Three years of prior experience

Employment Type:
  • Contract to hire

Compensation:
  • $50,000 to $65,000 per year

Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours per week, on-site
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
