Support Elementary Students as a Special Education Teacher in Weare, NH

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join an elementary school in Weare, NH. This full-time, onsite position focuses on providing exceptional educational support for students in grades K-3, ensuring they achieve academic and personal success.

• Location: Weare, NH
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 3:05 PM
• Duration: ASAP June 17, 2025
• Grade Levels: K-3
• Caseload: Approximately 20 students
• Setting: Onsite, one elementary school location
• Hourly Pay: $32+ (Varies based on experience)

• Provide direct instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to create a cohesive support system.
• Use data-driven strategies to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment to promote engagement and success.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification (required).
• Experience working with elementary students is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families.
