We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Assistant to join our team at John Stark Regional High School. As a valued member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students.

ResponsibilitiesThis Education Assistant position involves assisting students with their academic and personal needs, supporting teachers with classroom activities, and contributing to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist students with tasks and projects, promoting independence and confidence in their abilities
- Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, enhancing instructional delivery and student engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for meeting the diverse needs of our students, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Your experience as a paraeducator or education assistant, combined with your passion for supporting student growth, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this Education Assistant position is approximately $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
