Responsibilities

This Education Assistant position involves assisting students with their academic and personal needs, supporting teachers with classroom activities, and contributing to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

  • Assist students with tasks and projects, promoting independence and confidence in their abilities
  • Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, enhancing instructional delivery and student engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for meeting the diverse needs of our students, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this Education Assistant position is approximately $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
