Job Summary:
We are seeking a proficient, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-12 month temp-to-hire basis. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication in both English and a second language (Spanish preferred), and strong experience with remote work. Please note: time off is not permitted during the first 90 days of employment. Applicants should be prepared for skill assessments and bilingual proficiency testing, as well as hardware and internet speed verifications.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume call center and 2 years working from home.
Language: Bilingual fluency required, with a preference for English and Spanish.
Workspace: Dedicated, quiet workspace with a desk for remote work.
Technology: Personal computer meeting technical specifications, with reliable internet access.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word).
Testing Requirements: Skill and bilingual proficiency testing will be conducted, and candidates’ computer specifications and internet speed will be verified.
Availability: No time off permitted in the first 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service in both English and a second language, managing high call volumes with efficient and empathetic resolution of issues.
Utilize Microsoft Office products and internal systems to accurately document interactions and manage follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases when needed.
