Position Overview: We are excited to offer a part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position in Tigard, OR, for the 2024/2025 school year. This 6-week temporary role comes with the possibility of extension and is ideal for a BCBA experienced in working one-on-one with students who need high levels of behavioral support.

Job Details:

  • Title: Part-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Location: Tigard, OR
  • Term: 6 Weeks (Potential for Extension)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 Hours Per Day, 20 Hours Per Week)
  • Caseload: 1:1 with Student Requiring Intensive Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavior Plan Development: Create and implement a detailed behavior plan for an individual student.
  • Data Collection: Perform ongoing data collection to assess and adjust behavioral strategies.
  • Staff Training: Provide training, coaching, and modeling to school staff to ensure effective behavior plan execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with educators and parents to support the students behavioral and academic goals.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification: Must hold an active BCBA license in Oregon.
  • Experience: Proven background in developing behavior plans and providing high-level support to students.
  • Skills: Strong capabilities in behavior analysis, data collection, and staff training.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
