Position Overview:
- Job Title: Paraprofessional
- Location: Clayton, GA
- Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, school hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Help teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and daily activities to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Student Assistance: Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, especially those requiring additional academic or behavioral support.
- Positive Behavior Management: Implement behavior support strategies to foster a respectful, structured classroom atmosphere.
