Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on customer orders, shipping, and delivery status.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Enter and process sales orders into the ERP system with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor and track orders through the fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and order history within the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze reports related to order status, customer inquiries, and other key performance metrics.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and other customer-related documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the account management team.
- Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for order entry and management (experience with [specific ERP system] preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in office
- Contract to Hire
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
