Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on customer orders, shipping, and delivery status.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Enter and process sales orders into the ERP system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and track orders through the fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order history within the ERP system.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to order status, customer inquiries, and other key performance metrics.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and other customer-related documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the account management team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for order entry and management (experience with [specific ERP system] preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hours:
  • 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
