Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessmentsto pinpoint behavioral concerns, needs, and objectives for students.
- Create and execute personalized individual educationplans (IEPs)based on assessment findings.
- Train and oversee behavior technicians, teachers, or other staffresponsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, ensuring they apply strategies effectively while providing continuous support and guidance.
- Gather and evaluate datato track student progress, make informed decisions, and modify intervention plans as necessary to ensure meaningful progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in WA.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
