Join Our Team as a Mechanic or Assembler

Location: White Bear Lake, MN

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday)

Pay: $23-27/hr (higher pay based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $2000

About the Role:

As a Mechanic or Assembler, you will be responsible for building concrete pumping equipment, including pump trucks and trailers. You will:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to assemble components.
  • Perform a variety of mechanical assembly duties on prototype units.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to build each unit.
  • Connect hydraulic lines and prepare trucks for testing.
  • Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with hydraulics, brake lines, chassis work, and blueprints.
  • Previous experience with heavy mechanical equipment (preferred).
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math knowledge and ability to learn blueprints and schematics.
  • Must have your own tools.
