We are in search of a devoted, organized, and skillful Customer Service Agent for a local office. The candidate will furnish administrative support, greet and guide clients, answer and respond to calls and emails, and undertake customer service duties. The incumbent will also be tasked with comprehending complex customer inquiries and providing clear, precise advice to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service by answering client inquiries mainly via telephone or email but also face-to-face.
  • Regular administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, sending and receiving correspondence, and office organization.
  • Aid the team in updating and maintaining customer files and records.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and maintaining a calendar for deadlines.
  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
  • Assist in the preparation of relevant forms and documentation.
  • Data entry and record-keeping, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to clarify or follow up on client queries, if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in an administrative or customer service position. Experience in a finance-related environment would be a great plus.
  • Knowledge of general financial matters is advantageous.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
  • Capability to solve problems effectively with a client-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent software, and an ability to quickly learn new software and systems as required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
