Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Worker (1:30pm to 10pm)to join our team in Columbia Missouri 65201. Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them.Requires background in production, warehouse or factory and must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling – APPLY NOW

Duration:1-month Contract, temp only

Pay:$17.50/Hourly on W2

2nd Shift -1:30pm to 10pm


Purpose: To provide quality service and products to customers in a timely and professional manner.


Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them.
  • Picks up soil linen and places it in the corresponding sling/cart.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Must meet quality and production standards.

  • Be on time
  • Have excellent attendance
  • Meet established production standards
  • Follow all company safety rules
  • Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
  • Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Possess and maintain a positive attitude
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies
  • Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise
  • Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Cross train on other routes per production needs


Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen
  • Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling
