Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis HR Generalist Position Features:
The Human Resources Generalist will provide payroll administration, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, regulatory compliance, employee relations and related administrative support to our team members. The position will report to the Director, Human Resources & Administration.

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers the bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including updating deductions and calculating off cycle pay.
• Supports management within the confines of the organization’s policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements.
• Conducts employee full life cycle recruitment activities utilizing applicant tracking, recruiting software and third party recruiters within the standards of Company, local, state and federal requirements.
• Proactively prepares reports by collecting appropriate data, analyzing, and summarizing for management.
• Prepares and maintains files and invoice payments for employee benefits programs including health care, retirement plans, collective bargaining plans.
• Maintains regulatory compliance documentation and programs such as OSHA, EEOC, DOL, and FLSA
• Responds to employees on matter of policy, procedure or other related issues and provides sound guidance.
• Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential, at all times.
• Supports the office administration functions as a back up to the Administrative Assistant.
