Job Description

As a Warehouse Technician, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure devices, prepare devices for deployment based on customer requirements, and perform basic kitting of equipment. Your role will involve unboxing, re-boxing, and processing equipment for shipping, as well as cleaning, testing, and inspecting devices. You will escalate technical or other issues to your immediate supervisor, participate in internal departmental and project meetings, and offer suggestions on improving processes and efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure devices based on customer requirements.
  • Perform basic kitting of equipment based on customer requirements.
  • Unbox, re-box, and process equipment for shipping.
  • Clean, test, and inspect devices.
  • Escalate technical or other issues to your immediate supervisor.
  • Participate in internal departmental and project meetings.
  • Offer suggestions on improving processes and efficiencies.
