Responsibilities:

  • Scan, file, and maintain records to ensure accurate and organized documentation.

  • Perform leasing and occupancy tasks, including managing annual rent adjustments and supporting move-in/move-out processes.

  • Maintain and update residential data across various platforms, including property/unit types, vacancy status, and tenant residency status.

  • Process rent adjustments and communicate changes to relevant parties such as county officials, providers, guardians, and payees.

  • Coordinate utilities related to vacancies and move-in/move-out activities.

  • Utilize Yardi property management software for residential, work orders, and accounting functions.

  • Provide support for non-rent provider and tenant billing inquiries.

  • Assist with tenant statement inquiries and provide administrative support for residential operations.

  • Interchange duties and responsibilities with other administrative roles within the company as needed.

  • Support and report on company performance measurements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with HUD experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
