Responsibilities:
Scan, file, and maintain records to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
Perform leasing and occupancy tasks, including managing annual rent adjustments and supporting move-in/move-out processes.
Maintain and update residential data across various platforms, including property/unit types, vacancy status, and tenant residency status.
Process rent adjustments and communicate changes to relevant parties such as county officials, providers, guardians, and payees.
Coordinate utilities related to vacancies and move-in/move-out activities.
Utilize Yardi property management software for residential, work orders, and accounting functions.
Provide support for non-rent provider and tenant billing inquiries.
Assist with tenant statement inquiries and provide administrative support for residential operations.
Interchange duties and responsibilities with other administrative roles within the company as needed.
Support and report on company performance measurements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with HUD experience preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
