We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in PIKESVILLE, Maryland. As a Bookkeeper, you will be expected to manage various tasks such as data entry, account reconciliation, and filing. The role is based in the industry and requires a mix of technical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and enter bills into QuickBooks
• Manage and maintain spreadsheets with billing information
• Track and manage Accounts Receivable, and record checks into QuickBooks
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation
• Print checks as required
• Perform bank reconciliations, including cross-checking with spreadsheets and QuickBooks
• Handle phone calls for tenants, draft service tickets as needed
• File paperwork and invoices, and keep track of bills and orders
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage existing spreadsheets
• Work collaboratively in a team that manages three different properties.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Proven Bookkeeping skills
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks software
• Experience in Billing processes
