Soliant Education - 24/25 School Year Contract Position

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position in Richmond, IN, for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students in a supportive educational environment and help them develop essential behavioral and social skills. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to support students with a range of behavioral needs.

This position is a contract role with Soliant Education, offering a petitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to implement effective behavioral strategies in the classroom and other school settings.
  • Provide direct consultation and coaching to school staff and families regarding behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and adjust behavior plans as necessary.
  • Train and support school personnel in the implementation of behavior interventions and data tracking.
  • Ensure pliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral interventions and practices.
  • Work with IEP teams to integrate behavioral goals and objectives into students' individualized education plans.
  • Attend meetings with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to discuss student progress and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes the academic and social growth of students.

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with students to help them succeed behaviorally and academically.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet district-specific requirements.
