Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and facilitating courses/training for all roles on the team
• Modeling exceptional facilitation skills and being a role model to all team members
• Possessing a desire to learn and grow our team members
• Being an ambassador for our company culture and pillars
• Dedicated to the success and growth of all team members
• Partnering with Benefit Leaders and team members to identify and fulfill training needs
• Updating and revising materials for training with new information and content

Qualifications

Must Have Requirements:

• A strong desire to teach, work, and help others

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Organized
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Ability to use MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements:

• 1+ year of Benefit experience
• A degree in education or business with proven classroom experience
