Responsibilities

This role involves welcoming new hires while they undergo onboarding, ensuring the completion of necessary documentation, and auditing communication for outstanding tasks.

  • Welcome new employees and guide them through the onboarding process in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Verify administrative compliance by completing onboarding documents.
  • Audit outreach communications for missing information.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and trainers to integrate new candidates into the team.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess a vibrant personality, strong communication skills, and previous experience working on the phone with clients.

  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Previous phone experience, either at UWM or in a similar role.
  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and client service skills.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
