Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Culinary Development Chef to lead the development of new menu items, recipes, and food products for a high-volume food production company. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary innovation, strong leadership skills, and experience in creating scalable recipes that align with the company’s standards for quality, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recipe Development: Design and test new recipes and menu concepts that align with customer preferences and market trends.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the development of food products, leveraging seasonal ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Product Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct product testing, ensuring recipes meet quality, consistency, and scalability standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to scale recipes and ensure seamless implementation in large-scale production environments.
• Training and Support: Train team members on new product preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure alignment with culinary vision and standards.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in culinary arts.
