Polished Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years experience in an upper casual or fine dining environment
  • Experience with operations of $7M or more in sales volume
  • New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Miami
  • Great Communicator
  • Highly proficient with POS and other tech used in today's restaurant operations
  • Expert training and development skills

Polished Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
