Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for the restaurant industry? Our polished seafood restaurant in Orange Beach, AL, is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our restaurant by leading both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with a memorable experience.
  • Managing all cost controls while staying focused on increasing sales.
  • Building and developing a strong, team-oriented culture.
  • Collaborating with staff and leadership to drive operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions with hands-on leadership.


What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full bar.
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, sales building, and cost controls.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Excel, Windows, and POS platforms.
  • A highly energetic, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality.
  • A deep passion for the restaurant industry and delivering amazing guest experiences.
  • Ability to actively work 55 hours per week and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
