Overview: Randstad USA is urgently hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a direct hire position in Kenosha, WI. Join our team and contribute to high-quality metal fabrication using state-of-the-art Press Brakes (AMADA or MAZAK).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation: Operate and set up AMADA or MAZAK Press Brakes (RG, HFB, HDS, FBD) to manufacture precision metal parts.
  • Tooling Management: Select, load, and install correct tooling; diligently maintain tool inventory.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous quality inspections to ensure products meet or exceed stringent specifications.
  • Material Management: Efficiently manage material flow and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Safety Adherence: Follow all prescribed safety procedures while handling up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have significant experience in metal fabrication and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Physical Capabilities: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Skillset: Proficiency with Press Brake setup and operation; familiarity with AMADA or MAZAK preferred.
