Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC (28217)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in a temp-to-hire role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and proficiency in Excel to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile payables/receivables.
Handle machine billing and receipt of goods entry/payables.
Manage collections and reduce accounts receivables.
Generate end-of-month reporting.
Assist with sales orders and general ledger maintenance.
Support month-end close procedures and financial transaction verification.
Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (or higher).
Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience; 3-5 years preferred.
Proven proficiency in Excel is a must.

Planning & Organizing: Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze information, develop solutions, and work effectively in group settings.
Collections: Experience resolving customer billing issues and reducing accounts receivables.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present numerical data effectively.
