We are seeking a Maintenance/Project Manager to join a global leader in the chemical manufacturing space. This role is essential for the smooth operation of site engineering projects, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support in manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead site engineering projects, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, focusing on process optimization and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading site engineering projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude in relevant manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior staff.
