We are hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Lead for a warehouse in Union City

 

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day Shift

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Supervise and assist warehouse associates in order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to new employees on warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory, orders, or equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control.
  • Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and manage a diverse team.
