Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Arvada, CO.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Project Coordinator job in Arvada, CO. To qualify, you must have at least four years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in the construction industry.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $28.00 and $35.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Assisting with developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
-Maintaining effective communications between project teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the corporate team
-Creating, tracking, and managing all projects in the database
-Assisting with purchasing project materials
-Managing submittals, change orders, and progress reports
-Generating invoices for customers
-Maintaining all project documents and contracts
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-Responding to vendor and customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
-Running reports on project status, budgets, etc.
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least four years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience in the construction industry REQUIRED
-Previous experience with ERP software and/or project management software; preferably Viewpoint Spectrum
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $28.00 and $35.00

Schedule:
-Monday - Friday
