Job DescriptionJob Description

Experienced Medical Office Receptionist needed for expanding medical facility located in the Mid-Westchester area.

Please note this is a 5 day a week position. All candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm.

  • Patient registration - gathering and updating patient demographics
  • Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment
  • Answering busy phones
  • Gathering and verifying insurance information
  • Assisting with scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Prior medical front desk office support experience in a busy medical environment REQUIRED
  • Insurance verification experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • EMR experience
  • Must be flexible to work some additional shifts if needed
