Location: Smyrna, TN
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We're hiring a Facilities Technician to keep our facility safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and secure facility.

  • Perform maintenance and repair for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems.

  • Support with equipment and furniture moves and vendor management.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in building maintenance or HVAC.

  • Strong mechanical and safety knowledge.

  • High school diploma/GED; proficient in MS Office.

Preferred:
Certifications like City & Guilds, IOSH, or NEBOSH, and experience with building management systems (BMS).

Pay Details: 40.16 to 43.24 per hour
