Position: Behavior Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN
Salary: $20 to $26+ per hour (competitive rate)
Employment Type: W2, with weekly direct deposit

As a Behavior Technician in St. Paul, You Will:

  • Implement Behavior Plans: Execute individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide Support: Offer direct one-on-one support to clients, focusing on enhancing their behavioral, social, and communication skills.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Monitor and record client progress, ensuring accurate documentation of behavior and response to interventions.
  • Collaborate with Families and Team Members: Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management.
  • Facilitate Positive Behavioral Change: Assist in reinforcing and developing positive behaviors, aiming to improve clients' overall quality of life and independence.
