Hours: Fulltime | 32.5 Hours per week
Role Overview:ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team, working with a partnered school district in the St. Paul, MN areaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.
What Youll Do:
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
- Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
- Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Must have a 2 year degree OR have passed the Minnesota Paraprofessional Exam
- At least 1 year of experience in a school setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
