Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Input billing information for customers accurately
• Manage a dedicated inbox for handling billing-related queries
• Carry out high volume bank reconciliations for various retail stores
• Maintain and scan invoices into the corresponding customer profiles
• Monitor and manage customer accounts diligently
• Leverage Microsoft Excel and Outlook to perform data entry tasks effectively and efficiently.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proficient in billing procedures and practices.
• Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing email communications and scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in Accounting or Finance will be a plus.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining clear, accurate financial records.
• Excellent communication skills to manage customer queries and discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
