Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Assistant to join our client's team in Suffolk County. This temporary position is perfect for someone with at least some internship experience in HR who is looking to gain more hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle filing and scanning of important HR documents.
  • Assist the HR Manager with various administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience in HR is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
