Sr. Engineering Project Manager - Electrical, MEP, Data Center, Critical Infrastructure

  • Direct execution of projects over $20M
  • BS degree in engineering
  • PMP / PMI cert with proven ability to execute eight-figure projects.
  • Strong experience in technical disciplines (electrical engineering, mechanical, MEP)
  • Seven or more years of leadership experience
  • Mission Critical / Data Center / MEP experience a plus

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years in the electrical, mechanical, controls industry with at least 7 years in a supervisory role.
- PMP/PMI Certification and expertise in project management methodologies.
- Proficient in technical disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Experience with POC Accounting and financial management.
- Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, and commissioning documentation software.
- Strong risk management and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Capable of working effectively in a matrix leadership environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve execution risks.- Industry experience to include:

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
- Lead and inspire a team of 5-10 indirect reports.
- Partner with HR for policy compliance and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Identify training needs and work with HR to implement solutions.

**Work Environment:**
