Restaurant Construction Estimator benefits and compensation:

Restaurant Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the project scope, reviewing architectural drawings, assessing site conditions, and determining all necessary resources
  • Develop full-scope estimates based on Bid-Build, Design-Build or CM/GC construction documents
  • Assess potential risks that may arise during the construction process, such as unforeseen site conditions, supply chain issues, or design changes


Restaurant Construction Estimator Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in pre-construction estimating plus Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects and estimation for restaurant and light industrial
  • Strong technical acumen using AutoCAD 3D, Takeoff Software, spreadsheets and online plan rooms
