This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours with the potential to increase over time.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with restrictive party screening, using tools such as E2Open and Amber Road, to identify potential red flags.
  • Review clearance procedures and determine eligibility for individuals entering the organization.
  • Support the anti-bribery due diligence process, including reviewing questionnaires and assessing risk levels for resellers or affiliates.
  • Perform export compliance reviews, focusing on shipping reviews for various products. Ensure proper documentation is in place for shipments.
  • Provide general compliance support, helping to streamline routine tasks and free up time for the core compliance team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with compliance software and basic tools like Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a compliance role, with an understanding of business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours (starting at 20 hours/week), with the potential to increase to full-time. Ideal schedule: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week.
  • Fully remote role with no preference for time zone, but flexibility to maintain consistent daily hours is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
